New School Atlas
Book, Hand Made Etched Paper, Buckram Fabric, Book Cover, MDF Board
60cm x 90cm x 29cm
An abandoned Atlas containing a repositories of ideas, knowledge and values which dissolved and changed as they evolved in a damp and decaying environment. Pages transformed into prints reflect the impact of place and time. Familiar images become unfamiliar, unknown. It metamorphoses into a new world, revealing fragmented images of what it was and what it seeks to become. The cycle continues, morphing to become a book-like form again. The cycle can begin again, and continue and continue.
